Installation Hints
Before you install the updated version of the FlexCell Grid Control, please uninstall the previous version (or trial version) of the control first, this step is essential!

Install FlexCell Grid Control on Windows Vista and Windows 7
Please right-click on Setup.exe, then choose "Run as Administrator", otherwise you will receive an "A program required for this install to complete could not be run" error message during installation.

Install FlexCell Grid Control on Windows XP
Windows Installer has been already embedded in Windows XP. After double-clicking FlexCell.msi, if the installer is not open, you can install by command line:
msiexec /i c:\FlexCell.msi

Install FlexCell Grid Control on Windows 2000
Windows Installer may not installed in your computer yet, or the installer version is before 2.00.2600. In this case, you need to download MSI bootstrap program first.
To display Windows Installer's version, please use the following command:
msiexec /?
To download Windows Installer 2.0 for Windows 2000 (1778KB), please click here.

Install FlexCell Grid Control on Windows 95/98/ME
Windows Installer may not installed in your computer yet, or the installer version is before 2.00.2600. In this case, you need to download MSI bootstrap program first.
To display Windows Installer's version, please use the following command:
msiexec /?
To download Windows Installer 2.0 for Windows 95/98/ME (1667KB), please click here.
Use FlexCell Grid Control on Windows Vista and Windows 7
Please right click on "Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0" from the Start menu, choose "Run as Administrator", then create a new project or open a existing project.
